For more than 3000 years, parsley has been at the top of the fine kitchen. Flat-leaf parsley in particular is a real classic and, along with pepper and salt, is the most important herb in European cuisine. The fragrances and flavours of their essential oil are so balanced that they harmonize with almost any herb without suppressing the other aromas. Not many herbs can say that about themselves. Parsley can be used for sauces, salads, potatoes, fish, meat and many vegetables.
